The design itself is to be able to achieve a higher and faster work efficiency. So this design I use the "humanized" design style. Interior design is to point, line, surface, body to shape space, this design is used for the design of the idea. A large number of interior architectural patterns are used in the design of a large number of insert and addition and subtraction.

Intelligent office building in the construction and use of the life cycle, reduce the dependence on a variety of artificial means to take full advantage of the outside world's natural climate, increase the use of natural ventilation and natural lighting.With intelligent building automation system (BMS), the building electricity, lighting, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, disaster prevention, security,broadcasting, communications and other equipment for centralized monitoring and management for the purpose of a comprehensive system, make the building become the best working environment, efficient operation of equipment, the overall safety of the best energy saving effect place.

本案以设计初衷和预期目标为目的,实现甲方与设计方及受众方的多赢局面,结合建筑全部生命周期内的社会、文化及环境影响。注重顾客的舒适感及尊荣感,创造出面向未来的设计作品并引领潮流;最终效果以集国际现代感、雕塑感、韵律感及艺术感为一体的超现实智能化办公大楼。

设计的本身是为了能够达到更高更快的工作效率。因此这次设计我运用了“人性化”的设计风格。室内设计就是以点、线、面、体来塑造空间,本设计则用之为设计的理念。在室内的构筑建筑形态塑造方面大量采用了穿插和加减的设计手法。

智能化办公大楼在建造及生命周期内使用过程中,降低对各种人工手段的依赖而充分利用外界的自然气候,增加自然通风和自然采光的利用。并具备智能楼宇自控系统(BMS),将建筑物内的电力、照明、空调、给排水、防灾、保安、广播、通讯等设备以集中监视与管理为目的,构成的一个综合系统,使建筑物成为最佳工作环境、设备高效运行、整体节能效果最佳的安全场所。
